Jen Haley was born and raised on Long
Island, New York.  She studied theater arts
at FSU, and later received her MFA in
technical production at the University of
Delaware's Professional Training Program.
At the PTTP she learned skills in painting,
scenery construction, lights, sound, and
other artistic disciplines.  With these skills
she worked as a prop artisan, scenic artist,
and window display coordinator until she
created FAUX FINISHES by Jen Haley.
Her faux finishing and decorative painting
company began in San Francisco in 2004,
and since then her work has been featured
in HGTV's "Curb Appeal", and in many
locations throughout California, New York,
and now South Florida.  She offers faux
finishes and decorative arts in Miam Dade,
Palm Beach, and Broward Counties.
Jen's passion lies in her custom abstract artworks that
are being seen throughout South Florida.  Her works
are large and vibrant bringing art and architecture
together combining drama and movement with a
strong, solid presence.   It is difficult to capture on
Camera what these paintings say in person.  Currently
she is an exhibiting artist at
Acoustic Architects in the
Wynwood art district in Miami, and various other
venues in Pompano Beach, Delray Beach, Fort
Lauderdale, and Hollywood Florida.
